Joy and laughter
Through out my years as a refugee I have also had moments of joy, happiness and laughter. I have also had my fair share of misery, anguish, fear and pain. That is what life is all about. My greatest joy is my son. He is my best friend. As a good friend he keeps on correcting my pronunciations. I sometimes entertain him with deep African accent English, especially if we are on the bus, tube or train. This makes him cringe with laughter.
